Basswood Venetian
Basswood is a plantation timber that is specifically grown and developed for the purpose of manufacturing furniture and window coverings.
Basswood is a variety of hardwood timber which provides an extremely durable and stable material for Venetian Blinds.
The natural characteristics of the Basswood timber means it is less likely to warp or dent, and the density of the grain provides an excellent smooth surface for stain and paint applications. Being a natural product the timber may absorb a certain level of moisture and is therefore not recommended for wet areas e.g. bathrooms and laundries.
Basswood Venetian Blinds are available in a 50mm or 63mm slat size in a choice of 16 colours.
Ecowood Venetian
The Ecowood Venetian uses a PVC based synthetic material which is processed at high temperatures to create an extremely strong and durable product for Venetian Blinds. The material is UV stabilised, with the UV protector combined throughout the material to increase its suitability for a wide range of environmental conditions.
The Ecowood Venetian is suitable for wet areas due to its non-absorbent characteristics. It is an easy to clean, low maintenance product which is suitable for heavy use applications.
Ecowood Venetian Blinds are available in a 50mm or 63mm slat size in a choice of 10 colours.
Shutter Blinds
The Shutter Blind uses a PVC based synthetic material which is processed at high temperatures to create an extremely strong and durable product for Venetian Blinds. The material is UV stabilised, with the UV protector combined throughout the material to increase its suitability for a wide range of environmental conditions.
The Shutter Blind is appropriate for wet areas due to its non-absorbent characteristics. The slats of the Shutter Blind are 63.5mm wide and have a unique elliptical profile that assists in the closure of the blinds. Shutter Blinds available in 2 colours and are manufactured in the privacy style, meaning that there are no cord holes in the middle of the slats.
The combination of the elliptical slats and the privacy style results in a higher level of light block and privacy control.
Aluminium Venetians
Aluminium Venetian Blinds are manufactured with powdercoated aluminium, which provides a light, durable and stable window treatment.
The Aluminium Venetian slats are 25mm wide making it a highly suitable product for applications where space is at a premium.
